Warranty
Bronz-Glow Factory Limited Warranties are designed to provide
the owner workmanship protection and coil coating protection
for dip applications and spray coating applications. These
standard limited warranties are at no cost to the owner. Bronz-Glow
also offers at an additional moderate cost expanded limited
coil coating warranties which include labor cost to remove
and replace a coil the cost of the coil and Bronz-Glow coating
of the new coil. Below see excerpts of the warranty programs.

Definition of a Coil Under Bronz-Glow Limited Warranty
Programs
For the purpose of Bronz-Glow Limited Warranties the definition
of a coil is; the fin area, up to but not including the first
braze joint on the manifold piping.
Definition of Corrosion Under Bronz-glow Limited Warranty
Programs
For the purpose of Bronz-low Limited Warranties the definition
of corrosion is; the deterioration of the exterior of the
coil fin surfaces in excess of 33% of its operating capacity
properties, because of a reaction with its environment.
Bronz-Glow Standard Limited Labor and Workmanship Warranty:
The labor and workmanship warranty applies only to those parts
and gases removed and replaced during the coating process.
Owner or owner’s agent will give Bronz-Glow prompt written
notice of any Labor and Workmanship Warranty claim arising
during the warranty period, but in no event no later than
10 days after the expiration of the warranty period and before
any repair or replacement by the Owner or owner’s agent.
Failure to supply such notice shall be absolute bar to recovery
for any claim. The Limited Labor and Workmanship Warranty
is a thirty (30) day warranty from date of coating. This covers
the workmanship of disassembly and assembly of those parts
or gases removed for the coating process.
Bronz-Glow Standard WP-60 Limited Coating Warranty
Whether you coil is dip coated or spray coated Bronz-Glow
provides the owner a Limited 60 month prorated coil coating
warranty at no charge. Under the limited WP-60 warranty the
coil coating is covered for 60 months from the date of coating.
Bronz-Glow Optional Limited "Elite" Spray Coating
Coil Replacement Warranty
Warranty Statement: Bronz-Glow has no control over design,
maintenance of a coil, or maintenance of the coating; therefore
we have adopted a "Hassle Free" limited warranty,
in order to provide a comprehensive warranty program to the
owner. The spray coating warranty is known as the "Elite"
Limited Warranty. Coils spray coated at Bronz-Glow’s
Coating Facility are covered against atmospheric corrosion
to the exterior portion of the coil.
This optional Limited Coil Coating Warranty program includes
the cost of a replacement coil should the coating fail and
exterior corrosion cause failure of the coil.
Bronz-Glow Optional Limited "Ultima" Coating
Warranty
Warranty Statement: Bronz-Glow has no control over design,
maintenance of a coil, or maintenance of the coating; therefore
we have adopted a "Hassle Free" limited warranty,
in order to provide a comprehensive warranty program to the
owner. The dip coating warranty is known as the "Ultima"
Limited Coating Warranty.
Coils dip coated at Bronz-Glow’s Coating Facility are
covered against atmospheric corrosion to the exterior portion
of the coil.
This optional Limited Coil Coating Warranty program includes
the cost of a replacement coil, labor cost to replace the
coil and coating of the replacement of the coil, should the
coating fail and exterior corrosion cause failure of the coil.
Bronz-Glow Product Warranty
BRONZ-GLOW warrants that the product or products described
herein will conform to its published specifications. The products
supplied and information related
to them are intended for use by buyers having necessary industrial
skill and knowledge. Buyers should undertake sufficient verification
and testing to determine the suitability of the Bronz-Glow
product for their own particular purpose. Since buyers
conditions of use of product are beyond Bronz-Glow’s
control Bronz-Glow does not warrant any recommendations and
information for the use of such products. BRONZ-GLOW DISCLAIMS
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE IN CONNECTION WITH
THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. The parties agree the exclusive remedy
of the buyer, and the sole liability of Bronz-Glow, whether
in contract, in tort or otherwise, are the return of the purchase
price, the replacement of the product or the repair of the
product. The remedy hereunder shall be available for 60 days
from date of purchase. In no event shall Bronz-Glow be liable
for any consequential or incidental damages caused by the
product, including but not limited to, lost profits, and property
damage. This warranty and limitation upon remedy shall be
in lieu of all other obligations and liabilities of Bronz-Glow,
including but not limited to, that based upon negligence and
strict liability in tort, and those contained in any purchase
orders, confirmations or sales documents exchanged by the
parties.
