Our Factory Field Coating Department provides for field coating of installed HVAC/R equipment in most any geographical location. We have field crews outfitted to perform coating work in most any field environment, as well as a network of privately owned factory trained Certified Bronz-Glow Applicators licensed to perform infield spray coating applications. This service is provided to support clients with field technical support that is trained to solve and correct localized corrosion problems. Bronz-Glow's Factory Field Coating Services team has traveled and performed coating in widely-varied geographical regions including Connecticut, Rhode Island, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Florida Keys, and many cities in Florida, Georgia, Texas, California, Oregon, Mississippi, Louisiana, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Hawaii, Curacao, Puerto Rico, Aruba and Mexico.

Field coating of coils and cabinets in the field are performed similarly to those in house with the exception that a coil is not removed from the unit. Bronz-Glow coats the coil from both sides to ensure the deepest penetration of coating to all surfaces. We recommend that coils of 3 rows or greater be dipped coated at our coating facility. Each field job is signed off by the owner prior to our leaving the jobsite to ensure he is satisfied with the services provided by our crews.

Bronz-Glow's Factory Field Coating Services also provides what we believe to be the most valuable and cost preventative maintenance service available. Regularly scheduled coil cleaning and filter change services. These services will extend the life of a coil whether it is coated or uncoated as well as provide more efficient heat transfer optimizing operating efficiency and expense.

Insulation Coating
Bronz-Glow F-910
vinyl coating is the recommended coating for insulation. Easy to spray and meets UL 94 HBF fire retardant requirements. It features a low V.O.C. and can accept the addition of an anti-microbal biostat at time of application. With the biostat added, Bronz-Glow F-910 provides long-term protection against the molds, mildews, and fungi that are the sources of Legionella and Sick Building Syndrome (SBS). This coating can also be applied to various foams, fibrous insulation, duct board and ducting. Back To Top

Duct Coating
Bronz-Glow F-900 and F-905
is often used to coat galvanized ducting and curbing. These water base low V.O.C. coatings are easy to apply and clean up with water. These hard yet flexible coatings are self-priming fast drying. Bronz-Glow F-860 and F-865 may also be used when a solvent base coating is preferred. All perform well over a broad pH range of corrosive environments.
