CORROSION PROTECTION FROM: Operating environments containing corrosive elements such as: salt air/spray, acid rain, hydrogen sulfide, phosphoric acid, chlorine, muriatic acid, ammonia, sulfuric acid, uric acid and most other common corrosive substances.
COATING APPLICATION: Bronz-Glow’s Husky Coil Coat-Dip formulation is applied exclusively by factory trained and licensed Bronz-Glow Dip Applicators. Our proprietary dip coating process ensures that each processed coil is completely immersed and all fin/tube interfaces, header plates and u-bends are completely coated. Husky Coil Coat-Dip is applied to condenser, evaporator, refrigeration, water, reheat and radiator coils.

DESCRIPTION: This tough, single component air-dry coating provides surface protection in harsh environments where traditional coil coatings fail. Formulated around a synthetic resin base, at 0.8 to 1.5 mils dry thickness, Husky Coil Coat provides corrosion resistance from harsh base and acidic atmospheres. Provides corrosion protection across the entire pH Range (1.0 to 14.0), will not chip, crack, powder or flake and expands and contracts with a coil as it heats and cools.
